What this is

How intake works
Front-of-House exists to understand your situation before anything is proposed. Rather than jumping straight to a quote, we first clarify your objectives, technical environment, constraints, timelines, and decision structure. From there, we determine whether straightforward delivery is appropriate, or whether a short discovery phase is required to safely define scope. Discovery is used only when necessary — never by default. You will always know which path you are on, why that path was chosen, and what the next step involves. No hidden processes. No moving targets.
